Returns Policy

Full priced items purchased from SILVINA can be returned within 7 days from the date the item was received. Items returned within 7 days of delivery must be unworn in their original condition with tags attached. Please ensure you review your order before making a purchase to limit any errors.

All Sale items are FINAL SALE. This includes the use of discount codes.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions: 

• The return must be sent back within 7 days from the date you received your item.

• The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

• The item must be returned with tags and packing. 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criterion.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please ensure to track your returned parcel through your selected courier to ensure parcel does not get lost, as we are not liable for lost returns.
